Meridian Estates was founded in Dubai in 2014 by three partners who had spent the previous decade in the residential departments of the UAE's largest agencies. They had, they felt, sold enough houses to too many people. The intention was to sell fewer, better.

A decade later, the practice is deliberately small. Four partners, twelve associates, and one office overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road. We turn away roughly two thirds of the mandates we're offered — the criterion is not price, but fit. What we accept, we sell.
